Rams Wellbeing Program
Empowering young people with resilience, confidence, and emotional tools for life.
Overview
The RAMS Wellbeing Program delivers in-school mental health and resilience workshops to at-risk young people across Adelaide and Melbourne.
Through our partnership with RAMS Wellbeing Inc., we provide interactive sessions that help students understand their emotions, build self-worth, and make healthy life choices.
This program is designed to meet young people where they are — in their schools and on their terms — giving them practical tools to navigate challenges and thrive in their everyday lives.
